Halloween

So I know that this post is a little late....oh, well.

Our fierce Cheetah!

Cutest Ladybug EVER!Ready to go!

A few days before Halloween we carved pumpkins as a family. Let me just say that Jeff has come a LONG way in his willingness to participate in celebrating holidays. When we first got married I couldn't get him to do ANYTHING for ANY holiday. Now he's more anxious to do stuff like this than I am - which is saying a lot. (Last year he got out the Christmas stuff BEFORE I even asked him to....and he told me to buy ANOTHER tub worth of decorations!) I know that his change of attitude is because of the girls. It's so much fun to watch them as we make these memories.

Cleaning out the pumpkins...K wasn't so thrilled about this part. We actually had pretty dry pumpkins though - hardly any stringy-wet guts. K didn't know how good she had it this year!

Clean pumpkin - ready to carve!

Janae drew 4 face options for Jeff to choose from - that's what that paper in front of him is.
And of course - I didn't get any pictures of the finished pumpkins. Sigh.
.
Hope you all had a fabulous Halloween!

How fun! Carving pumpkins is just one more reason that Halloween is the BEST! And yes, I agree, having kids definitely brings even more joy to all holidays.

Cute girls and great costumes! Can you please have Jeff give my Dad some pointers. He never got the memo to enjoy Holidays more when you have kids. He has always been such a party pooper when it comes to decorating and doing anything related to whatever Holiday it is!
