Today at church Janae fell down and got rug burn on her knee. It wasn't bad enough that they came and got me out of class, but you would think that she'd gotten stitches the way she talks about it. Thankfully the CareBear band-aid healed it tonight. I love Band-aids - they take almost all owies away instantly! 
Then there is poor Kiera. Last week she got an ear infection, so we started her on amoxicillin. With one day of the antibiotics left, she broke out in hives.....she is apparently allergic to penicillin. Poor thing is uncomfortable and hasn't been sleeping well the last few nights. But on the bright side - at least we are consistent with allergies in our family. Janae, Kiera and I are all allergic to penicillin now!

Hi Heather, I found your blog on accident (it was linked on someone else's blog)and have been enjoying reading about your cute kids and your family. I haven't had the chance to post until now, and I have to say that April had the same breakout when she was a baby. She is allergic to penicillin too, and it seems to be getting more and more common now.
