Last week Janae started "school" and loved it! We got her enrolled in a local preschool called Mini School. She goes Tuesday and Friday mornings for 3 hours. So far she has loved everything about it - her teachers, new friends, recess, snack, singing time, story time, etc. I have also loved it! It is weird to be at home without her here - the house is very quiet. The first day I dropped her off was last Tuesday. She went right in, hung up her jacket, and was off to play. She could have cared less that I was leaving her there - but that is how she's always been - very outgoing and social. I, on the other hand, was crying before I even made it out of the parking lot! I couldn't believe that I was just going to leave my "baby" with other people (non-relatives) and go home! She is getting so big and independent. But after those first few moments, I got over it and ENJOYED the few hours with only 1 child at home!

I don't think I know a cuter little girl then Janae- I LOVE her little poses. They are adorable. It probably made it easier that only ONE of you cried when you dropped Janae off to school! I'm sure it is so weird to all of a sudden not have her at home 24/7..
Yeah, it stinks to have to leave them and then it's really hard when they don't even mind leaving you! I'm glad you enjoyed the time though. And you know what, Heather? It doesn't matter how old they get to be. Every 'first' is still hard. You're a great mom!
